I'm Saad Ali Malik, a full-stack software engineer with 5+ years of shipping products for companies of every size. I started in design, which is why I still care how a screen feels before I care how it's wired. Today I own the whole path: UX, frontend, backend, database and the cloud it runs on.

Lately most of my work is AI systems — assistants connected to a business's own tools and data, multi-agent pipelines with real cost controls, and a coding agent that goes from plan to build to publish. Underneath, it's the same discipline as any production app: clean services, honest error handling and infrastructure that stays boring.

I use AI coding tools to move fast, and I read every line so nothing gets out of hand. That mix is how I take an idea to a live, maintainable product in weeks rather than quarters.

How I work

A few rules I don't break

  1. Outcomes first

    Every project starts with the result you need — more sign-ups, less manual work, a launch date. The stack is chosen to serve that, not the other way round.

  2. Design and code together

    I design the screens and build them, so nothing gets lost in hand-off. Flows are tested with real content before a line of backend is written.

  3. Ship, measure, iterate

    A working version in front of users early beats a perfect one late. I deploy small, watch what happens, and improve from evidence.

  4. AI-accelerated, human-verified

    I use AI coding tools to move fast, and I read every line so nothing gets out of hand. Speed is only useful when the code stays understandable.
